Refund Policies

Refund polcies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Learn-to-Play

A refund may be requested up until 7 days prior to the start of the program. All refunds will be subjected to a 5% administration fee. No refunds will be given after 7 days prior to the program.

6 & Under

Refunds (minus a 5% administration fee) may be requested up until placement on a team. Leaving the club after being placed on a team results in forfeiture of initial deposit amount. Partial refunds due to significant injury with over 60 days of the season missed or relocation are often honored but must be requested through the club treasurer.

8 & Under

Refunds (minus a 5% administration fee) may be requested up until placement on a team. Leaving the club after being placed on a team results in forfeiture of initial deposit amount. Partial refunds due to significant injury with over 60 days of the season missed or relocation are often honored but must be requested through the club treasurer.

Recreational Hockey

Refunds (minus a 5% administration fee) may be requested up until placement on a team. Leaving the club after being placed on a team results in forfeiture of initial deposit amount. Partial refunds due to significant injury with over 60 days of the season missed or relocation are often honored but must be requested through the club treasurer.

Travel Hockey

Refunds (minus a 5% administration fee) may be requested up until placement on a team. Leaving the club after being placed on a team results in forfeiture of initial deposit amount. Partial refunds due to significant injury with over 60 days of the season missed or relocation are often honored but must be requested through the club treasurer.

Midgets

Tryout fees are non-refundable. Leaving a team after accepting roster spot results in forfeiture of initial deposit. Partial refunds due to significant injury or relocation are often honored but must be requested through the club treasurer.

Spring Skills

Refunds minus a 5% to cover processing fees may be requested until 5 days prior to the start of the program. No refunds will be given after that time.

Summer Pond Hockey

A refund may be requested up until 7 days prior to the start of the program. All refunds will be subjected to a 5% administration fee. No refunds will be given after 7 days prior to the program.

Central States

There will be no refunds for Preskates and Tryouts. If selected for a Central States Team you will be contacted and asked if your player will accept a roster spot. Upon your acceptance you will be registered for the team and payment will be required. Refunds post registration will be at the Boards discretion. Spirit AA Team Players will be sent a link to register for the upcoming season.

Spring 3v3

Refunds minus a 5% to cover processing fees may be requested until 5 days prior to the start of the program. No refunds will be given after that time.

Spring Tournament Teams

Registration for tryouts indicates availability for the scheduled tournament. No refunds will be provided.

Summer Mini-Camps

A refund minus a 5% administrative fee is eligible until 10 days prior to the camp. No refunds after that time. Registrations are not transferable.
